About Us When my husband Gregg and I were in the process of remodeling the old cape in which we live, it was not easy to find local sources for many of the "green" products we were looking for, or to access information on products that are truly non-toxic or consciously grown and produced. I wanted to create a store were one could find all goods for building a healthy home, where concerns are respected and the staff is willing to research and supply the needed materials for the client. I wanted to offer new green technologies, age-old natural technologies, as well as interesting and stylish products to create beautiful spaces that are inviting and healthy. Interiors Green became that store - we have many great choices and are regularly building our inventory and introducing new lines. At Interiors Green we know that building and remodeling is about so much more than a new floor, new closets or even better energy efficiency. It is much more than just concerns about indoor air quality. We know that it can actually be a process in which we can redefine the way we live, a clean slate on which we can express our visions, dreams, and principals. By asking ourselves questions about the impact that building and remodeling can have, we believe we can affect what we can't see with what we see every day. We can address, in some way, important global issues such as water and energy, waste minimization, recycling and reuse, pollution, local resource and labor use, old-growth forest protection and global warming. If, when we build and remodel, we choose to surround ourselves with sustainable harvested products, natural materials that do not off-gas, environmentally appropriate technologies and designs, we then create an enhanced life that is healthier, safer, and, ultimately, more conscious. Interiors Green carries a full line of finish building goods, high quality USA-made organic mattress and furnishings, window treatments, household items and gifts - from high quality baskets of natural grasses to organic clothing. We strive to improve our planet by helping consumers make their living environments healthy and lovely. Located in downtown Littleton, NH, in the heart of the White Mountains, our store is part of the Tannery Market Place, an old mill that now houses many great and interesting businesses.
